Save Ourselves (S.O.S.) exists to support trans and gender expansive people through harm reduction, peer recovery, and community rooted care. We create spaces where lived experience is valued, dignity is protected, and people are supported to survive, stabilize, and build self directed paths forward.
We envision a world where trans and gender expansive people are resourced, believed, and supported without conditions. A world where care is accessible, community led, and grounded in trust rather than punishment. We believe in futures where people are not just surviving systems, but shaping them.
